Policy

You may need to report any defects within 24 hours after you received the item, after 24 hours, all complaint on the defect will be invalid. After we received the defects report, we will arrange our courier service to collect the item at your house & please ensure it is packing in nice way.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or delivery order that has been issued by our company, and most important, please indicate the reason for the return.

All price quoted is included shipping rate. All products is granted 1-year warranty (except Shower Filter). Price is fixed, no negotiable is allow, thanks for understanding.
